Our Services
Sheet Metal Stamping
Our metal presses range from 25 to 50 tonnes, with the ability to build materials up to 6mm thick. Our factories are also equipped with a dedicated area for tools to support all necessary tooling needs.
Our Machines
Our machines are capable of high quality milling & drilling, for the finest products, as well as custom-made chamfering equipment. Our machines also have special deburring processes to meet all customer demands.
Welding Capabilities
Our factories specialize in metal fabrication and welding variety of components together to yield the best results. We do many types of welding, including MIG, GMAW, and TIG with our products depending on the given use.
Developing Designs
First of all, we develop the solutions and design on paper on the final product based off the wishes of the customer and plan out how we build the product out.
Creating the Product
Our workers, given the design, use the many engineering skills and machines we have at our factories to construct the final product as requested.
Inspection
Before we deliver the products to our customers, we inspect our materials to point out any inconsistencies, or errors that should be fixed before delivery.
Deliver
We deliver our products out via cargo trucks to the customer with on time delivery, every time to our customers.
